My account has been closed

If you repeatedly log in with the wrong password, your account will be closed for 60 minutes. You can then try to log in again. You can reset your password under "forgot password".

If anomalous logins are detected with the same username, the program may automatically close the account. Username and password are personal and sharing them will result in blocking access.
